Fuel Education

Our teachers from both campuses recently participated in a Fuel Ed training that taught the different components of empathy.  The training identified and dove deep into learning the four components of empathy; taking others’ perspectives, recognizing emotions in others, staying out of judgment and communicating understanding of others. The training supports the ideas that healthy empathic relationships with students and parents make our community strong and improve our communications in a multitude of ways.

It was a great opportunity to collaborate with the staff from Mountain View and continue our social emotional learning together as Ashoka Schools.
